CabinKit_Tasks is a small private application that runs on a wall-mounted display in a single household. It shows that household's shared Google Tasks lists — groceries, chores, things to pack — so that everyone can see what is outstanding and tick items off in passing, without unlocking a phone.
It is not a product, it is not for sale, and it is not offered to anyone outside the household that runs it. There is one installation.
When you connect the panel, it asks for a single permission:

what you would do in the Google Tasks app:
It asks for nothing else. It has no access to your mail, your files, your photos, your calendar, your contacts or your location, because the permission it holds does not extend to them.
Nowhere. Task data is fetched directly from Google to the panel on your own home network, held in memory to draw the screen, and discarded. It is not copied to any server, not shared with anyone, and not used for advertising or analytics. There is no account to sign up for and no operator on the other end.
